Cancellation

Cancellation:
Cancellation is not permitted within the minimum term of the membership. Should a member be forced to cancel their membership within their minimum contract period, they will be required to fulfil their minimum payments to complete their contact period.

Suspension: 
Suspension will only be offered on medical ground (with accompanying certificate), and will only be granted where the member holder is unable to attend bounce for a period longer 4 weeks.
